Crimes

The history of a crime goes back in the 13 century when ,crime meant sinfulness. The word crime may have come from the Latin word cernere. Back in the 13 century a crime meant to be a sin referring to the state having committed such a violation.

A crime is when someone breach of rules or laws which some governing authority. Crimes have different meanings like some are robbery,black mail, kidnapping and there are a lot more that people break.

My question is why do people, do crimes? I think they commit crimes because they have done something wrong and that is the only thing they know how to do. They also my have to do something like rob a bank to get money because someone in their family is sick. They need the money for something that can help them get well. At answer .com many people think other people commit crimes because they are depressed,angry,or their may be something wrong with them. People say that they are trying to make money quickly for various reasons.

The statistics of a crime being reported are n ot a lot. Most people dont report crimes to the police. Their are three different types of data collection and they are Victims,Offenders, and Offences. Offender are the people that commit offences. The offences are the people that breaks the law.Many people become victims of crimes. A victim is someone that is hurt or they may noyt even have to be hurt. Some victim may have to chance their life to be safe because they witness something. They do that because the criminal may wont to kill the witnesss some that person goes to the witness protection program.

People commit crimes of many different reason. So think before you do one you of you do won because you could mess your hole life up.
